Attached to the Planet Hollywood Hotel - Casino Resort and 're-branded' Miracle Mile Shopping Center is new 52 stories high-rise building - Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate, timeshare, hotel,  condominium. Building is located right on  the intersection of Harmon Avenue and Audrie Street. Tower is facing to the  Las Vegas Boulevard - "The Strip" and new MGM City Center and Cosmopolitan (still under construction). At June 2005 when I still lived in Vegas Gerald B. Koi, Architect and Principal at Morris Architects did hire me as a Leader Designer for Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate in Las Vegas. Final design has two almost identical towers and one lower one in the middle connecting them together. North Tower is part of Phase I an it was just open to owners and public.
